My research tells me that Beef Stroganoff originated in Russia, But, I've given this dish and Italian, low carb spin by adding Italian seasoning and serving it on top of spiralized noodles (instead of regular pasta) reduces the carbs. However, if you're not watching your carb intake, it can be served on egg noodles, too. Or, for the best of both worlds, a combination of both.
