I took advantage of a sale on scallops the other day. They can be expensive, but worth every penny. Here's an easy way to prepare them. You can serve them with light vegetables or on top of pasta. My favorite way to serve them is on top of spiralized zucchini noodles with spinach. It's low carb and delicious.
