We are now into the second week of the Corona-virus shutdown and I'm going stir crazy. All I want to do is eat. So, it's time to cut some carbs. Today, I made a Low-Carb Zucchini Crust Pizza and was able to eat it "Guilt-Free. Yeah for me!!!
So, I wanted to share the recipe with others who are looking for low-carb options.
Low-Carb Zucchini Pizza Crust
Makes a small sized pizza
